On this cold and dreary day in London I ventured out to the Victoria & Albert Museum in South Kensington. I’ve heard that a walk through the V&A, as it’s affectionately called, is akin to a tour of the basement of royalty; everything that didn’t quite fit in London’s other world-famous museums got put into the V&A. The maze of galleries spans six floors, and while I only toured part of the museum’s extensive collection of everything from Rodin sculptures to Lion King costumes I couldn’t help but think that a few of these pieces would look great in my personal collection. Let’s just hope they have a boot sale soon.
